A 101 sq. meter, five-room, fifth ground condo on Takua Road within the Neve Eliezer neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.36 million. A 78 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condo on Feirberg Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 4.9 million. A 65 sq. meter, three-room, second ground condo on Nitzana Road within the Noga complicated was bought for NIS 3.25 million.
Ramat Gan A forty five sq. meter, two-room, first ground condo with parking on Hamavdil Road within the Hagefen neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.15 million. A 70 sq. meter, 3.5-room, second ground condo with parking on Halapid Road within the Hagefen neighborhood was bought for NIS 2.67 million. A 109 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condo on Uziel Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 3.4 million.
Holon A 74 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condo with an elevator and parking on Barkan Road in Holon Hatzira was bought for NIS 2.08 million. A 79 sq. meter, three-room, first ground condo with parking on Hagera Road within the Kiryat Avoda neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.98 million. A 84 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condo on Alufei Tzahal Road in Kiryat Sharet was bought for NIS 2.14 million
Bat Yam A 65 sq. meter, three-room, condo in a constructing slated for demolition as a part of an city renewal venture on Harav Levy Road was bought for NIS 1.8 million (RE/MAX – Middle).
Lod A 100 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground condo on Hahistadrut Road in Neve Ziv was bought for NIS 2.18 million. A 87 sq. meter, three-room, third ground condo on Hamelekh David Road within the metropolis middle was bought for NIS 1.27 million. A 87 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condo on Haim Arlozorov Road in Neve Ziv was bought for NIS 1.5 million
Haifa and the north
Nesher A 87 sq. meter, four-room, floor ground condo with parking on Alon Road in Ramot Yitzhak was bought for NIS 1.72 million. A 83 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condo on Oren Hacarmel Road in Ramot Yitzhak was bought for NIS 1.3 million. A 59 sq. meter, three-room, fourth ground condo on Havatzelet Road was bought for NIS 1.12 million.
